Virtual Stonehenge Tour

Tuesday 20th July 07:00-07:45 BST

Stonehenge is an iconic monument. It has sparked our imagination and asks many questions. It acts as a magnet for worship as well as conflict past and present. This engagement has extended into the sciences and helped to shape research subjects such as archaeoastronomy and more recently skyscape archaeology.

Dr Daniel Brown (Nottingham Trent University) will host a virtual tour of this stunning site that will take place as a streamed event after sunrise on Tuesday morning. Local expert Susan Greaney (Cardiff University) will be live on site to guide us through the most important features.
